Internship Description
As an intern at Kreston MDM, you will have the opportunity to:

• Gain insight into various business functions — accounting, auditing, taxation, consulting, and education.
• Work under the mentorship of experienced professionals on real projects (data analysis, report preparation, process monitoring, internal and external projects).
• Participate in our educational KEY Program and develop practical skills for a career in finance and consulting.
• Grow your knowledge, work collaboratively in a team, contribute ideas, and play an active role in the company — not just “watch and wait.”

What We Expect From You

• You are a final-year student or a recent graduate (within the last year) in economics, finance, accounting, law, or a related field.
• You are motivated to learn and grow — previous experience is not required; enthusiasm matters more.
• You have good communication skills in Serbian (written and spoken); basic knowledge of English is an advantage.
• You have basic computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word) or are willing to learn the tools we use.
• You have an analytical mindset, are team-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
