We needed a new way to educate our team since traditional methods weren’t effective. Old-school Learning & Development (L&D) technology was built for pushing content, not for building skills. L&D needs to put skills first, not content.
We discovered the optimal learning management system (LMS) and developed engaging, skills-based courses focused on tax and accounting education. Our main courses go beyond enhancing financial literacy since they provide in-depth, practical education in tax and accounting. To bridge the gap between theory and practice, we created practical apps that help apply these skills in real life, making learning hands-on and simplifying everyday accounting tasks.
Realizing that many others could benefit from these solutions, we’re now offering courses and access to our apps to everyone interested in enhancing their skills in tax and accounting. While our current apps are primarily tailored for the Serbian market, we offer courses in transfer pricing and doing business in Serbia, available in English. We plan to develop transfer pricing apps in English in 2025.
